SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Wstablished is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at wstablished@wstablished.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Wstablished’s control. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information and contact us at wstablished@wstablished.com if you need assistance.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. Wstablished will assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at wstablished@wstablished.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
